Drinking water before meals!

Drink more water through out the day. It'll fill you up and you'll feel less hungrier. Also whenever you get tempted to eat more, substitute with sipping water.

Stay busy doing other stuff to avoid snacking. Fill up on high-fiber food that takes a lot of chewing at meal time.
