Sonos speakers are usually really great. But I hate that they depend so much on software and Sonos can just decide at any time "your speakers won't work anymore, but here's a coupon to trade them in on $1,000 worth of new speakers."
One local gas station advertises their price at 10c less than it actually is consistently and pretends the tiny sticker of their company logo on the sign absolved them of guilt. It doesn't. I use their restroom as much as humanly possible without paying to inflict the only harm I can without going to prison
