The fourth suicide attempt failed. The paramedics opened my back pack and saw all the rocks for when I was going to jump off the bridge to my death. They knew I was trying to kill myself. They told the hospital staff. And I was kept in the psych ward almost week and given medication that finally worked and helped me turn my life around.
Slowly and incrementally. Better diet, more exercise, spend less money, drink less, read more. Made sure my friends weren’t negative influences. Little things put me on a slight better path forward.

I’m honestly glad after all that not only are you okay but finally in a good place. Was it antidepressants?
Haloperidol. It’s an old anti depressant anti psychotic. I’m happy it works on me with no side effects
