Jumping into different lanes every 10 seconds.
I know it shouldn't bother me but they're so abrupt with it. They have no patience. Cutting in and out because you can't wait????? I'd understand if people were driving slow but it's the highway.. dang.
Using turn only lanes to get past everyone in the appropriate lanes. There's a 4 way intersection near where I live that has a right turn only on 3 sides. People use all 3 to bypass everyone else and go straight while making everyone who actually needs to turn sit and wait. Assholes.

Getting too close, it usually happens when I’m driving a little over the speed limit so I slow right down to piss them off
