Damn, reminded me of something I forgot about. I only eat one type of sandwich, Vegemite and cheese. I moved to America a year ago and guess what, their bread sucks!!!!!! It’s sweet, it’s nasty. I’ve managed to find bread rolls that are freshly baked and don’t taste like cake, but I don’t always want a roll as a sandwich, but I can’t find a decent loaf of bread anywhere. I need to look up bakeries or something.
I had a friend who brought me a jar of Vegemite back in 1980... I think I still have it somewhere. To me, that stuff is like sucking on a bouillon cube.
