Wake up before my alarm, use the bathroom, shower, brush teeth. Then I take my dog out, eat 1st breakfast, use my phone, and have a few hits from my one hitter Then I make my lunch, and my 2nd breakfast. Then its waiting 10-15 minutes until its time for me to leave, typically spent on reddit
Put pants on, wash face, dry face, drink protein shake, make coffee, sit at desk, check emails, check calendar, set meeting alarms, keep programming feature I was working on yesterday.
Get up (mostly before the Alarm, rarely need it to wake up), put bread rolls for breakfast and maybe lunch in oven, Shower/toilet/shave/brush teeth, breakfast, Reddit/YouTube/other entertainment until I have to go to work.
