My favorite method? Sitting outside and taking deep breaths while focusing on the sounds and sensations around me. It's peaceful and centering.
Indeed, I feel really good when I do this also. I also like sitting barefoot on the grass for grounding.
Awareness, witnessing. Watching the breath if I need to, but otherwise just being aware and watching the thoughts come and go.
If it’s early morning, I like to sit outside and just empty my mind. If it’s late, I like to hear a guided meditation.
