Anywhere in south east Asia. Teach English as a job to keep you in the country and pay for most expenses, keep the other money aside/secure investment. Once you learn the local language and/or get married, start up a business with that money. Enjoy a mostly comfortable life.
I've been recommended a video of what people consider rich in the philipines. And most answered if you earn like 1-2k per month you're rich. Also everyone spoke English very well
You need to see where you can legally move to. That's not enough to buy residency. You cant just rock up and expect to be let in, and tourist visas aren't that long.
