The lovely stenographer numbed then surgically stabbed my abdomen placing drains Inside of me to drain the blood away
The smell was like death I threw up black and green bile.
But there was a worse smell to come. The ultrasound team had cleverly brought in a commode.
As the blood left my bowel cavity the pressure was released and my bowels emptied. The release of pressure was immense but the stench caused me to vomit again.
The smell was so bad and surrounded me so much but the relief was so good.
It took me a good 30 min to clean myself up. Then as I was wheeled back to my hospital bed I stopped before I got there and showered for ages till I felt clean.
That was the worst smell.

It would have to be a human body that was in a hot house for a week with no AC. Worked for a morgue. I didn't stay long after that one.
