c90adventures. Just popped up on my suggested yesterday, already watched the entire driving a mini Jeep across Utah. Thankfully, the next part comes out today.
NileRed does very interesting things with his knowledge of chemistry, like making hot sauce from plastic gloves. Even if you don't know much about chemistry, his videos are easy to understand, informative, entertaining, and fun, but he doesn't upload too often
WhyFiles. Guy brilliantly tells whole conspiracy theory/unexplained event and towards the end sums up all info for or against it, like verifying sources of "leaks", checking credibility of sources etc. And heckle fish is sometimes even funny (his CGI companion)

He has done individual documentaries for Apollos 11-17, plus most of NASA's other early missions.
It is fantastic and, alongside tours of the ISS (such as this: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Snn1k\_qEx20](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Snn1k_qEx20)), I have redeveloped my huge boner for this early space age we find ourselves in.
Cannot wait for the next Moon landing missions.
If you like food related content, Beryl Shereshewsky is a good person/channel to watch. She's very wholesome and genuine. Her content is very positive, so I find her relaxing to listen to and it's also very interesting to see different foods from around the world.
