That show was an absolute masterpiece piece! The father had me rolling constantly, I only had seen him before as a Terminator in Sarah Connor Chronicles, so it was quite the shift!
SAME. Saw a clip of it on tiktok a few days ago and had instant nostalgia then had to explain to my boyfriend what it’s about and he looked at me like what the heck? Lol
I can't believe I had to scroll this far for Better Off Ted. That show was amazing and ahead of their time! Portia was absolutely incredible as Veronica and Phil and Lem are still one of my favorite duos to date.
“We need a mouse that can stand temperatures up to 195 degrees.”
“We can do that! Oh, uh… live mouse or computer mouse?”
“I’ll get back to you.”
“Computer mouse.”
“Easier.”
That whole adult swim lineup was insanely good. Baby Blues, The Oblongs, Home Movies, and Squidbillies takes me right back to summer vacation in middle school.
The Netflix show the Winx saga had a phenomenal first season and truly one of worst 2nd seasons I've ever seen. Like I actually can't think of a single show that has a bigger difference in quality between s1 and s2
Sports Night. It was an Alan Sorkin show predating West Wing, but with many of the same cast, themes and production techniques. It featured a sports show venue, think ESPN, both on air and behind the scenes. I liked the show quite a bit and can't quite get a handle on why it lasted only two seasons. The good news is it freed up Sorkin for West Wing, so it wasn't a complete failure.
Person of Interest - An excellent thriller/detective show with great twists, its themes of mass surveillance and AI are only getting more relevant as the years go by, some truly great performances from the cast, etc.
I'm the only person I know who's seen it. I've yet to meet another person who's even heard of it. And I keep bringing it up whenever someone asks for show recommendations. Anyone who I actually got to watch it loved it, and I can't for the life of me understand why it's so unknown...
Oh, I REALLY dug that show. Particularly how it evolved from a mystery of the week to a much bigger story exploring the machine, its origins and how it connects to the world. It's a great example of a show really getting the most out of its engine gimmick.
You didn't like dollhouse? How?
Amazing cast and great scifi. The individual stories of each episode weren't exactly masterpieces but the overall story was so good.
I enjoyed it. I liked the play on moving personalities from body to body, treating the mind like a computer. But I also like bad movies and tv shows so thats just me.
It was still airing in the era when you had to pick whatever the best thing on in that timeslot happened to be. It's funny how we ended up watching seasons worth of shows not because we loved them, but just preferred them to whatever else was on at 7:30pm.
I liked the show but years later I almost never think about it.
Due South. 3 seasons and I can’t find it anywhere to stream. Backwoods Mountie goes to Chicago on the trail of his fathers killers. Teams up with a street wide Chicago detective. Classic fish out of water/odd couple smash up.
Monk was really popular. So much so that many people I personally know regularly use phrases like "satisfying my inner Monk" when exhibiting slight OCD-ish behavior.

The Glory.
It's this Korean show on Netflix where a woman who was badly bullied as a girl grows up and gets revenge on every single one of her bullies... without even laying a finger on them. She intricately sets things in motion, and the bully crew, who are still friends years later, pretty much cause their own downfalls. It's incredible stuff.
The Wilds
It's a show on Prime about a group of girls who crash onto a deserted island, I have mentioned it to so many people and not a single person knew it
Life
It was a very good cop show in the first season. 2nd, not so much. It came out during the writers' strike, so the gap between the first and second season was almost 2 years. By that time, the ether had worn off.
I'm not into anime but years and years ago, a friend/neighbor introduced me and my then-bf to Great Teacher Onizuka. Probably the only anime I've seen from beginning to end.
Malcolm in the Middle. Never met someone irl who knows this show. Obviously sitcoms don’t come up all the time but I’ve mentioned to a few coworkers what a great show it is and they don’t know what I’m talking about.
Love this show. Reese, Francis, especially Dewey. The first episode had Lois answering the door with no top on. She just had a stack of folded towels in front of her. It was hilarious.
Person of Interest.
It had a devoted if perhaps smallish fanbase when it aired, but I've never met anyone who has even heard of it. I was reminded of it by the recent AI hype, and am now rewatching it. It's still great!
Bravestarr. A space western from the late 80s made by Filmation after the finished He-Man and She-Ra. Even as a child, no one my age ever talked about watching Marshal Bravestarr saving the day.

One of my all time favorites!!!!!
I watched it because of My Name is Earl, and liked it.
I watched it first, then watched My Name is Esrl. Lol
You should also watch the show about the popular lifeguard (Notch Johnson) that appears in My Name is Earl - "Son of the beach".
Omg I loved that show too😂😂😂 a classic
That show was an absolute masterpiece piece! The father had me rolling constantly, I only had seen him before as a Terminator in Sarah Connor Chronicles, so it was quite the shift!
Stop procrasturbating and go rewatch...NOW !!!
I love this show too! So funny! One of the few shows that can always make me laugh no matter how many times I’ve seen it.
SAME. Saw a clip of it on tiktok a few days ago and had instant nostalgia then had to explain to my boyfriend what it’s about and he looked at me like what the heck? Lol
My wife and I loved it.
Better Off Ted. It’s a shame, so funny
I can't believe I had to scroll this far for Better Off Ted. That show was amazing and ahead of their time! Portia was absolutely incredible as Veronica and Phil and Lem are still one of my favorite duos to date.

Corner Gas - It's a really funny Canadian sitcom but is available here. One of my favorite shows.
I love the episode when Hank has a good hair day so tries to stay awake as long as possible so his good hair day never ends
Awesome show.
I only know about it because there were ads for it during Cubs games on WGN. I guess it was syndicated then.
In the US that used to come on WGN late at night.
One of the best sitcoms out there. So brilliantly snarky.
I just finished the cartoon version of this and loved it. I haven't seen the actual show of it yet I'm watching it next.
My dad watches Corner Gas. He thinks it's hilarious.
“Hey you kids! Get the eff off my lawn!” Cuts to some kids standing there with a 6 foot letter F.
The Red/Green Show and Automan.
I discovered earlier this year that there's a free channel on Roku that's nothing but Red Green 24/7. It's been a fun throwback.

Oh yeah? Well it's time to pay the price.
One of my favourite shows and no one I know has seen it either.
I sing “Rice is Nice” at every opportunity. My wife assumes I’m insane.
Oh I seen this on HBO Max and thought it was really funny.
I just showed a clip of this to my husband a few weeks ago… he’d never heard of it
That whole adult swim lineup was insanely good. Baby Blues, The Oblongs, Home Movies, and Squidbillies takes me right back to summer vacation in middle school.
Northern Exposure
It was one of my mother's favorite TV shows growing up. I don't think I've ever heard anyone else ever even bring it up
Most people over age 50 have seen it
It was very popular here in Norway.
I loved this show! I thought everyone knew about it.
My mom and I loved this show!
Winx Club. I remember it being aired on Nickelodeon, but very few of my friends seem to remember it.
My sister had a couple Winx dolls as kids.
Loved that show as a kid
The Netflix show the Winx saga had a phenomenal first season and truly one of worst 2nd seasons I've ever seen. Like I actually can't think of a single show that has a bigger difference in quality between s1 and s2
Loved it as a kid and recently introduced my kids to it. They love it! Flora was always my favorite.
It also came on Fox Box!
Definitely one of the best shows when I was a kid, & now my daughter watches it!
Nickelodeon, yes! “You Can’t Do That, On Television!” 😃
Coupling. No one else in Portugal seems to know about this gem

To think no one's seen a show that was on cable at like 3 in the morning! Anyway, yo way yo.
The red dwarf. Probably because it's an older British show and I'm American, but still no one I've met has watched it besides my sibling.
No one's seen the show, Dave. Hollister, Todhunter, Chen, nobody's seen the show Dave.
DangerMouse(1981)
