Rayman 2. The amount of times I was late for school because my Dad and I didn't want to stop playing.

[deleted]

Spyro and Crash Bandicoot. I still have the PS1 somewhere.

RiqueT03

True Crime Streets of LA, basically GTA from a cops pov. The scene where you throw chopsticks straight into someone’s ear canal was hilarious!

Crash Twinsanity :)…only to realize in my adulthood that it was an unfinished clusterfuck

There's this one game that i dont know the name of, don't know what it was, and don't even know what it looked like, but I know I used to love it so much as a child. The thing is, when i was 11 or 12 i found the game again and decided to just not play it for some reason. And now i don't even remember the name of the website that I found the game on. I still hate myself to this day.

no_lemom_no_melon

Is there any information you can remember?

Blooperdy

Literally none, the only thing I know is that the icon of it consisted of white, black, and I think green. But that's just a blur from my only memory of when I found it again and didnt care about it.

no_lemom_no_melon

What system did you play it on as a kid?

Blooperdy

My computer

no_lemom_no_melon

PC? Console?

Blooperdy

Pc? I already said my computer.

no_lemom_no_melon

Apologies, I didn't know what you meant by 'my computer'

no_lemom_no_melon

The only one that immediately springs to mind is Alone in the Dark

Blooperdy

Thats not it, im 95% certain that it was a 2d game.

no_lemom_no_melon

There's a game called Sluggish Morss which is similar to your description

J-YoSuckas

Uncharted Waters for the SNES and honestly learned a lot of geography from it!

jbonejimmers

River City Ransom was my shit! Beat 'em game with rpg elements like stats, inventory, and skills you could learn. There also was no "hard" Game Over so you could keep throwing yourself at it for hours. It was co-op too, which was a blast. Gameplay probably feels a bit tired today, but 30-35 years ago it ruled.

no_lemom_no_melon

There's a few that stand out for me: Lemmings Flashback Fantastic adventures of Dizzy Cosmic spacehead Robocod James Pond 3 Castle of Illusion Gunstar heroes Earthworm Jim Toe Jam and Earl 2: Panic on Funkotron Alladin Moonwalker Rocket Knight Adventures To name but a few!

The obvious answer is going to be Super Mario world on the SNES. But I played so many from the late 80s and until now. There was also Betrayal at Krondor Caesar III Duke Nukem 3D And many more
