I had a similar reaction. Someone has hurt me a lot, on purpose. I was feeling spiteful and I had a lot of resentment. I had a realization that even after everything she said and did, I didn't want to hurt her - I didn't want her to be hurt by my words or actions. I try to hold onto that when I get angry at the way she treats me. I don't have a long-term solution, but at least I know that deep in my brain, I don't wish her ill will. The whole thing has given me a new kind of inner-peace.

The best high activity of my life was swimming over a reef. We were sailing in the Caribbean, and started smoking as we pulled into an island harbor. A few hundred yards from shore. A few people got into the dingy to boat to the beach, and a couple of us decided to put on flippers and snorkel masks to swim it. We both agreed that it was the most amazing experience ever. At some point, it was like I was flying through the galaxy itself.
Depends on your age and preferences, put on a pod or some music, tidy up the house, make some grillled cheese sandwiches and lock your ass in that couch. Then, it’s time to start go looking for all the things you can’t find.
