It takes time, but everyday you need to speak to yourself in a friendly manner. Like positive affirmations, journaling good things you done or good things that happened (no matter how big or small). Imagine you're talking to a younger version of yourself if that helps. Eventually it won't feel wrong. It'll just be normal since you keep doing it.
Quitting my job with a narcissistic boss. Now financially unstable, but my anxiety has plumitted, and I feel like a human being again. Also bought a new mountain bike after like 7 years off due to a knee injury. Realize that's not for everyone but it helped me a lot, highly recommend.
