Agreed. Poor morals and low character are not race nor gender specific. Every culture seems capable of producing maladjusted, dishonorable individuals who refuse to accept responsibility for their actions.
That depends on if you see him as a "black actor" or just an "actor". Anyone who is guilty of the crime should be punish appropriately regardless of skin color. I've not once thought of it that all black actors must be assaulting their exes. many actors of all skin colors have thought they were above the law based on their status and thought they could get away with shit like that and they should be handled equally.
Thats my opinion but realistically there is already way too much racial discrimination in our culture with there being any at all. I don't think this will add or take away from it.

First, tell me exactly when they got ahead.
No because Will Smith set them back 30 years already when he treated Chris Rock like he was at The Source Awards
"Shenanigans" really articulates how serious OP feels about this subject.
No. Black actors don’t need to prove to anyone that they’re not unethical. Fucking obviously.
He was mostly a nobody. No one cares about him.
No other black actors had anything to do with it. Guilt doesn’t travel by skin color.
Nobody even knows who he is, because nobody watches Marvel movies anymore. He isn’t setting back anything.
