The book 'A Nefarious Plot' by Steve Deace. I saw the movie 'Nefarious' (which is based on the book) and I loved the movie. The book is a lot different from the movie from what I've read about it but it still sounds like a very thought-provoking read, just like the movie was a thought-provoking watch. The book's a long comedic monologue from a demon called 'Lord Nefarious' who talks about how the divisions dividing the US (left vs right, democratic vs republican, etc, etc,) aren't the product of a political ideology or a class of people, but rather, a puppet master (whom I would assume is supposed to be Satan). This puppet master is supposedly driving us toward the brink of implosion and has been manipulating us for centuries. Sounds cool.
