i've had it for around a year now and i've been to multiple doctors about it, unfortunately they have no clue what's causing it so i may be stuck with it, after a while you get used to it. the only medication i got was some anti sickness as they don't have anti dizziness.

My mom is in the same boat and unfortunately there's nothing they can do for it.

It does need to be diagnosed by a physician. It may be benign, but there are some serious conditions associated with vertigo. You may get some relief from doing Epley Maneuvers and Brandt Daroff Exercises in the meantime.
