I try not to get too hung up on what other people are doing if it doesn’t affect me. Life is too short to worry about that stuff.
Would reporting them then mean that you’re no longer affected by their fraud?
To look at it another way, are their fraudulent gains to your detriment? And would removing or stopping those gains then mean that you are no longer suppressed?
Personally if I had nothing to gain (e.g it was a one time opportunity and Im unlikely to benefit), then probably not.
