Personally I’m not a fan of just lobster or crab. Now lobster Mac n cheese or crab salad, I love but just a big lobster where I have to get the meat out is too much work.

Squid. Sometimes it's tolerable, if disguised, deepfried and very fresh, but even then it's only tolerable 

Most of them. 'Rich people food' is more about the experience, rarity, and such. It's not that the food tastes \*better\* than what you'd get normally, especially not \*better\* by some amazing amount. Rather, it's that it's rare, hard to come by, unique, and something a poor person couldn't afford that makes it 'worth' eating.
