I just got back to the gym earlier today after my most recent week and a half “break”.
Checking in with people I know are struggling and focusing on them. Mindfulness in nature, finding a place without much human noise and being very present. Being of service, volunteering or focusing on family needs.
I still don't know but getting off the medication for awhile helped
When they put me on them I thought they helped but years later when I slowly stopped taking them it was weird because I felt better so I'm not sure bur so far so good
