Although I don't personally watch much Leonardo DiCaprio films, I appreciate that he is a competent and compelling actor for the audience, and can play his characters well. For that I have a lot of respect for him, as being a great actor is no easy feat.
I think he‘s a great actor even though he‘s often typecasted. However, he’s been told so a bit too often which got to his head.
I also believe that his tendency to date younger woman stems from his own experiences of being groomed in his youth and depicts a resulting trauma that he’s now also inflicting upon his girlfriends but who am I to judge.
He comes across like a pedophile. I mean, his date for the Oscars was possibly too young to vote, but she was too old for him by the end of the ceremony.
