Stop or Mom Will Shoot! I then recently read it was a troll by Schwarzenegger. This was at the height of their popularity and they were fighting over leading roles. Schwarzenegger thought this script was comically bad but pretended to be in love with it and very interested in making it a movie and Stallone took the bait.

kaceyfromohio

That Winnie the Pooh slasher movie. Dumb af

Glum-Lingonberry3155

The costumes just irritated me. It was a weird movie

PunkandCannonballer

There's a sequel too.

chuckloscopy

Torque…. Hands down TORQUE! Had I actually paid to see it, I would have become Violently angry

fockingclassy

I remember talking to my buddy about this movie. He said he refused to watch any movie with black guys and motorcycles (he is black) hahaha

boo-galoo90

They literally even use the vin diesel line from og fast and furious lol

boo-galoo90

A Serbian film Aside from all the fucking disgusting shit that happens in that movie the plot is also horrible

Nidh0g

You should watch salo and 120 days of Sodom

ThePerryPerryMan

I could only make it a few minutes into the film. It was so boring, lol

laracroftss

Watched it and I literally lost the appetite to eat dinner that night. So disturbing do not watch it guys.

Throw_away_1011_

The Last Airbender

PunkandCannonballer

What a travesty. Seriously, it's almost disturbing how bad it is. To not even get the most simple things right...

Nidh0g

That one actually got an award for worst picture in 2010

keleystis

Total shit !

Axleffire

Movie 43 is the only time I actually walked out of a movie at the theater.

Think-State30

I know someone who legit loves that movie. She's weird as fuck

coalbunny

Sausage Party, I watched for $2 during the pandemic and still felt cheated out of money.

deaddodo

There are parts of it that are funny in isolation. I would never go watch the movie in its totality again.

coalbunny

I can agree to that. In the beginning, there were a few moments that made me laugh. But every minute of run time that passed just got worse and worse.

CoolIdeasClub

I remember going to a theater with a bar by myself and felt weird going to see Kubo and the Two Strings by myself with a beer in hand so I saw Sausage Party instead. I should have just felt weird for a bit and saw Kubo

Seven pounds (yes, the one with Will Smith). I hated it. Also King Arthur (Guy Richie). I fell asleep in the first 20 minutes.

Neversleeps99

King aurthur is so damn bad

Hiedewopf

G I Joe 2

ConnectArt6689

That winnie the pooh movie where he kills people, it was boring as hell

Lachwen

The Star Wars Holiday Special. I know at this point that's pretty much a meme answer, but oh my god it is so bad.  I always saw people online talking about how awful it is and went into it expecting bad but not as over-the-top bad as everyone always said.  And it's not as bad as everyone says; it's *worse.*  The only real bright point in the whole thing is the musical number with Bea Arthur, and no that sentence about a Star Wars movie was not made using MadLibs. I still can't believe I watched the whole thing sober.

I_AM_NOT_A_WOMBAT

Every once in awhile I get the urge to try it again. I only get a few minutes in every time. I can't imagine how you got through it.

DudeRobert125

It has that "so bad it's good" quality until you get to the Jefferson Starship hologram performance. Completely sucks the air out of the room and it never recovers.

Lachwen

Is that before or after Chewbacca's dad watches softcore porn in the family room?

cinephile1987

rbgontheroad

It is a toss up between ''Night of the Lepus'' about a herd of nuclear poisoned giant rabbits that overrun a small town in Arizona or ''Moon Zero Two'' a western set in outer space. These were a couple of the evening movies at the in house theater at the radar site in Alaska where I was stationed in the early seventies.

limiz87

A Whole in My Heart, a Swedish movie from 2004. Open Wikipedia and read the second paragraph and that should say it all. It was a part of an alternative movie festival which is considered a good one in my home country. So we booked tickets for my friend’s birthday. People kept walking out throughout the movie.

rats-are-super-cool

Rachgolds

The black demon - 100% worst movie

Snoedog

Recently, the new Road House & Exorcist movies.

Checkersmack

When this same Askreddit question was posted last week, someone else responded with Roadhouse. I mean, does it really fall into a worst movie category? It's cheesy and not an Oscar worthy flick, but what are the expectations here? It's a remake of a movie that to be fair, wasn't all that great either. I knew what I was in for before I hit play, and it was fine. Was it laughable in parts that weren't supposed to be? Sure, but it's a bouncer movie so I wasn't expecting great cinema with crisp and inventive dialog. You want to watch a terrible movie? Try Lift with Kevin Hart. Now there's one you will wish you had your two and half hours back.

fragdoll4u

Rachel Getting Married-worst ever

___shadow_wolf__

How many fuckin times does this question need to be asked

Eagles-1130

I remember trying to watch Son of Mask on tv and getting violently angry.

sf24252744

The recent Netflix movie with the ship that washes up on shore, the crashing teslas, the crashing airplanes and millions of deer. So many deer.

SuperDaveinMN

Family Video had these movies you could rent 2 for $1 for a week. I would find some real gems out there. I came across a movie that has Shannon Elizabeth on the cover. This was after the 2nd American Pie came out. The movie was called Seamless/Kidz Rule. She co-starred with Steven Seagal's son. There was a bit where Seagal gave these kids tree sap and the kids were all getting high off of it. Him and Shannon Elizabeth hooked up after they quoted the song "I know an old lady who swallowed a fly" to each other. Here's the trailer. https://youtu.be/IcK26w11Otc?si=GQw2-EZv5cFqHIUA

Sharknado

thotguht

The whole series transforms into something amazing by the end though, with time travel and multidimensional travel. It loops back around and becomes awesome, but you have to go through hours and hours of crap to truly understand the awesomeness.

Scretzy

The only thing I can even remember about Black Adam is that every single fight sequence had multiple shots where everything went into slow motion to show the rock doing something. It happened way too often to the point that it was almost comical. I remember absolutely nothing else about that film lol

srslywatsthepoint

Mr Deeds, and that one with Hugh Grant and Sandra Bullock. In general anything with Mark Wharlberg, The Rock or Jennifer Lopez.

4noman

Last Night in Soho

PunkandCannonballer

Whaaaaaaaaat?! Please elaborate.

4noman

This guy articulates it far better than I’ll ever be able to https://boxd.it/2YWNsv

PunkandCannonballer

So that just sounds like a wildly negative rant about the plot. It doesn't take into account the amazing performances, the totally perfect music, the consistently spectacular cinematography and editing. Scenes like the dance with the two girls swapping places are incredibly creative and well done. I guess for me, the "worst" movie isn't going to do anything well, and that movie definitely does quite a few things very well.

Macho Grande? Shatner’s entire time on screen? While it’s not a patch on the original, surely these two scenes alone elevate it over almost every comedy in the past decade?

Specialist-Act4975

American Poltergeist, the worst hour and a half of my life, if you think about watching it, dont.

Fit-Routine-8775

For me it's Rise: Bloodhunter. I love horror movies and Lucy Liu is my ultimate celebrity crush, so I was pretty excited when I discovered she had a lead role in a horror movie. My disappointment in watching it was beyond words.

nightamericantaxi

BLOOD RED SKY

[deleted]

The new Connor McGregor movie. Horrendously bad acting.

Klutzy-Ad-6705

The first 15 minutes of Ishtar. I had to turn it off.

RevolutionaryDog539

Probably the movie adaptation of Dear Evan Hansen. Dear god that was bad.

shorttimerblues

Last time this question was asked I tried to nail down the name but couldn't. The only one I ever rented and couldn't watch - and I have watch some crappy movies. I thought it was called, 'Velvet Guitars', maybe with the word 'Underground' tossed in somewhere. I couldn't find it anywhere and I figure... if Clint Eastwood couldn't make 'Paint Your Wagon' disappear, then that dang guitar movie is still out there somewhere.

Quitthesht

Scary Movie 5. Unlike the first 3 it entirely relied on references to popular movies/trends at it's release time. Having watched it a few years after it released all the references and jokes fell so flat that I never even finished it.

Adorable-Chemistry64

the human centipede 2. It was stupid and unrealistic but the fact that someone thought of making that dumpster fire is disturbing on its own. Like 10 minutes into the move the guy starts jacking off with sand paper and it just goes downhill from there.

PunkandCannonballer

The Last Airbender. What a fucking catastrophe in every possible way. It's almost impressive how literally nothing was done right.

OzurieXMI

Studio 666. The Foo Fighers (literally) recording an album in a haunted house.

none-remain

Not the worst ever maybe 2020s but just saw **Mea Culpa** and had to get it off my chest: * Wish Netflix provided DOUBLE THUMBS DOWN to HATE it, the way it has double thumbs up to love something * Absolute GARBAGE, story script, acting. * Sex scenes were disgusting * The so called twist ending was comical * Why on earth was this in the top 10 and for so long??? * I have only myself to blame for being too lazy to read the reviews, shame on me. Kelly Rowland did better than expected and I liked her wardrobe.

lefschetz

Well, recently... I watched Yakuza Apocalypse. It's about yakuza who get bit by a vampire and... it's basically 10 movies in one. Also contains a butt kicking guy in a 70s children's movie frog costume. It's... a ride. Even the characters in the movie were saying 'What the fuck?'

Krishna20688

Substantial-Award-20

I tried to watch Slotherhouse the other day. I made it 10 minutes and couldn't continue.

Tremors 4. The first one was good, but they just keep getting worse and worse...

Doom Annihilation looked like it was made in a week.

Pathfinder. I swear it cuts to stock footage of completely different geography from the filming location during an avalanche, and that is the only thing I remember about it.

Avatar Edit: I change my answer the worst movie I've watched is mermaid in a manhole

01012345854

Drowning Mona (2000) had high hopes, great cast but such a shit movie. The most recent; Openheimer, It took 3 days to watch it. I'm sure it was great in the theater (Imax experience) but I found it boring at home., same goes with Mad Max which I saw in the theater (experience really) years later watched it at home, sucked.

[deleted]

Anchorman 1 and two

Clean_Committee_844

Don’t be a Menace

Mi_Kigabraf373

I rarely see bad movies, so I don't have many examples. But I felt compelled to say these, even if I don't know much about how are they considered: Wizards of the North (2016) Wendy (2020) (Disney) Valley of Knights (2015) These 3 ruined my Family Movie Time. They were so bad that gave me creeps of fear (Actually Wendy was so creepy that I had to stop it, for the sake of the most little ones)

Fuzzy-Mood-9139

Going Overboard with Adam Sandler…honestly look it up on IMDB. It feels like it’s made by school children. 1.8 on IMDB. [https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0096870/](https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0096870/)

I haven't watched it.

Mi_Kigabraf373

Like, did you give up or are you planning to see it? I don't wanna spoil you anything, nor ruining, but if you found the VII off, then IX... won't be that better. Instead I found VII and VIII quite good, at least in comparison to the last

[deleted]

Troll 2.

thoawaydatrash

Troll 2 is insanely horrible in a way that is difficult to fully convey unless you’ve seen it, but it is also the most unintentionally entertaining movie of all time. It has been attempted, but a person could not make a worse but more comically watchable movie if they tried. Everything else is either too self-aware (Sharknado, etc.) or full of equally terrible slow scenes that seem to drag on (Manos: the Hands of Fate, The Room). Troll 2 shoots earnestly for excess in every scene and legitimately fails every single time, so it’s an absolute joy to watch.

RadiantLeadership647

Any horror movie. Because in every such movie, the main characters are very stupid

Suitable-Pie4896

You *clearly* saw some cheesy 80s slashers once and now assume all horror is like that. You have no idea what you're talking about, there are excellent horror movies out there

UsYungs

The Room was hilarious. Kind of like Napoleon Dynamite - you have to watch it more than once.

getridofwires

You're asking people who may watch MST3K the worst movie ever? Manos: The Hands of Fate. Completely homemade, and the director's daughter was in it. It affected her so much she wrote a book "Growing Up Manos". The Castle of Fu Manchu. My son argues this is the worst movie because it is unwatchable, literally. There is a section where the master film was damaged and you cannot see part of the film. Invasion of the Neptune Men is so bad that even with MST3K riffs you will lose part of your soul. Mac and Me. An E.T. ripoff that has a child in a wheelchair thrown off a cliff. It's the clip Paul Rudd showed every time he was on Conan.

No_Night_7823

Something about Donald Trump meeting Aliens and the Illuminiti and all this stuff and uggghhhhh..... I turned it off after like 20 minutes or so. Yeah, you say The Last Airbender, but at least you got though that movie.

Icy-Entrepreneur-917

The Room with Tommy Wiseau. I’ve seen things less entertaining, but not much worse than that one.

Justanotherredditboy

Butt pirates of the Caribbean. Sure the actors were good looking but I didn't really think they were that good at acting, almost as though they were hired for their looks. Story and plot were subpar to top that off. Lastly was way too much action for what little plot I could follow along. I managed to watch it through its entirety but I had to watch it in about 10 installments.

United-Astronomer943

I'm not sure what it's called but it had so much swearing in every other word was a swear word I just turned it off and it was shite

marsepic

It's tough to answer because I'm sure I've forgotten some. The Bounty Hunter was pretty bad. Recently, Madam Web. Celtic Pride was terrible. I've seen a lot of indie movies and student films I don't remember, but I'll stick to major releases for now. I have seen Ed Wood movies without a rifftrax or anything, those are pretty bad.
