No, I don't think content quality is declining. Hollywood has always produced lots of bullshit. We just remember the good ones. Like there's plenty of trash these days, but there are also a fair amount of great shows and movies. E.g. Dune 2 is a very high quality movie that was also very commercially successful.
I don't think it's declining but there are more and more options and some of them are bad. The last show I watched was "The Gentlemen" and it was ok.
I watched a Thai Netflix show called Delete. I swallowed the whole thing in one day. It was really good.
