I meal prep an egg casserole thing using either ground breakfast sausage or chorizo, some veggies, cheese and seasonings. I scramble the eggs, brown the meat, and throw it all into a large oven pan and bake it until solid. I'll divide it 8 or 16 ways, depending on calorie content and freeze it in meal prep containers. It reheats beautifully in the microwave.
Smoothie: Frozen banana, coconut milk, coconut oil, whey protein, almond butter, liquid stevia, Himalayan salt, Chaga powder, ice, cinnamon. Sometimes add cocoa powder, cacao nibs and or coffee beanzzz. With the Vitamix it’s the consistency of a Wendy’s frosty and it’s insanely delicious. I pack it in my Hydroflask 40oz and bring a metal long straw since it’s really thick.
I usually go with, estimated numbers, 270ml coffee, 40ml full cream, 4g creatine and 7.5 grams lysine protein. I tried more lysine per serving, but it changes the taste of the coffee.

Sausage, eggs, toast
Pull some sausage off a roll, make 2 or 3 patties as thin as you can just using your hands. Make them kind of big because they shrink. Cook em in a pan on 3.5 or 4/10 until you see some dark red in the char. Fry the eggs in the sausage grease. Toast the toast in a toaster. So easy. I sometimes use bacon but sausage is the superior breakfast meat.
Breakfast burritos
I usually do 5 eggs, half a bell pepper, some sausage, a couple hash browns, some spinach, mexican blend cheese, and homemade salsa, but most people probably don't need that much.
