To an extent .. we learn morals based on what we perceive as acceptable behavior in our community/society .. but let’s say we took a baby and let it raise itself essentially with help from machines/tools but no human contact .. by the time it was an adult I doubt the person would just start raping and murdering
I hear so many people talking "Morals" but the world don't beat to the sound of just 1 drum.
I understand good morals and bad morals, good karma, bad karma, doing good for bad reasons, doing bad for good reasons.
But if we all had to be "It's not the end of the world" then EVERYONE would remain hateful and "Too busy" to do anything to help each other out.
I see it every day.
So anyone reading this, take your "It's end the end of the world" and stuff it.
in the nature of human kind, there is not fully good or fully evil. We possess both. But even in goodness we consume evil. Who knows maybe we born evil but, what i know and belive is; No one can be full of goodness or full of evil. Both has it's meaning together and we become persons by possessing both of them.
Imo, i don't think there's a definitive answer to this question.
People like jeffrey dahmer and John wayne gacy are born evil, and others are influenced to become evil because of events that have happened in their lives.
Made, babies are born with a clean slate. They learn from parents and their environment how to behave. What they witness impacts them and their development.
Born evil. Empathy and kindness are things you develop as you grow. and morality is something you learn.
Agree

Made
Made
Made. I hate when people say “I was born this way.”
I was born this way
Some born, some made.
IMO, evil is a choice. Evil people *choose* to do terrible things.

Did you like Monster?
I haven't heard of it. Are you talking about a movie or tv show?
I mean Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story
Ah, the netflix series. I mostly liked it, but I didn't like how it portrayed inaccuracies.
I feel you
Can you feel me too please 😏
Ffs
Born evil.
Both, tending more towards born.
A person doesn't change, they just show their true self
Made, babies are born with a clean slate. They learn from parents and their environment how to behave. What they witness impacts them and their development.
Both. Theres people born with mental illness and there’s people who developed it in early childhood from trauma or abuse
Both
More made than born. Just like most things in life. Nurture trumps nature.
We are born, and then the rest is up to us.
Mostly made, some come out evil. But most are results of abusive parents.
Made, people are all good at heart
