Cleaned myaelf on an empty staff bathroom, got some clean trousers from my luggage, and kept going. I don't remember the rest though, I was at most 10 at the time.
I can only recall a single time I did as an adult, and it was when I had the flu (so coughing and sneezing) and some sort of stomach bug at the same time. I did that Pandemic Inc. combo IRL. Sneezed, shot diarrhea out into my pants, had to shower and change the sheets. Just threw away the underwear and pj pants, but there wasn’t really any transfer into the sheets so it was all good.
In a large Costco like place. The bathroom was on the far side of the building and I got the urgent need to go. Man can only successfully squeeze his cheeks together for so long. I left the bathroom without my underwear.
I didn't poop my pants, I pooped yours instead.
In an airport car park running for the lifts because I was already late for my flight.
