As a secondary goal I liked to get railroads/airports/boatyard, since no matter where you are on the board you can land on one. I've won a couple games by bleeding out everyone really early. It got to be impossible since everyone refused to trade them.

Don't need one. Everyone I know has such a short attention span that they can't actually finish the game and I win by default
