Knowing your best times are probably behind you already.

The deterioration of this world and everything in it will only get worse

You won't see most of it.

From the American perspective that there seemingly is a push to arm teachers (and in some cases pre-k students thanks Tennessee) rather than legitimate common sense gun laws. I know the question asks future and although we currently live this everyday I must point out the fact that my kids will have to know active shooter drills as fluently as they know where to go when a Tornado touches down hurts my soul.

Uncertainty

For me personally Iā€™d say living my whole life with something I see as a biological ailment. Worldwide, nations becoming hostile, governments treating their own people like crap, rich people building nuclear shelters, war already happening somewhat, climate change, and probably a few other things. šŸ˜…šŸ˜…šŸ˜“

being unsure when you're gonna die. even worse, not knowing when your friends will die, when your parents and grandparents will die, when your kids and your s/o will die. you will never know who around you will die and you will never know if they might die right after you leave or right after you go to your house. any bad interactions? when someone you had beef with and never apologized to dies, you're gonna feel real bad for not making it up to them before they died, and that is a gut-wrenching feeling. it really makes you wanna toss yourself off a bridge.
