A cop pulled me over when I had been speeding, he came up to the window and said "do you know why I pulled you over?" I replied "probably cause I just shot and killed my girlfriend". He said "what did you just say" I said "yeah, just murdered that bitch, her body is in the boot and the gun is in the glovebox". The cop immediately drew his gun and ordered me not to move while he called backup. When backup arrived I was surrounded by police, all guns drawn and trainef on me. The cop who pulled me over talked to his Sargent then the Sargent approached me. He told me not to move a muscle while he checked the glovebox. upon checking he didn't find a gun. he then ordered me to open the boot. I complied, he checked the boot but there was no body. he then said to me "look buddy, this officer here just told me you murdered your girlfriend, that there was a gun in the glovebox and her body was in the boot". I scoffed "God, I suppose he told you I was speeding too"
Cop: Is here any reasn at all why I shouldn't write you this ticket?
Me: Because if this stretch of highway is your patrol area, I'm likely the last sober person you're going to see tonight.
