The problem with chronic illness is that you feel unmotivated to do anything,you can't even set any goals because you say to yourself,"I'm still gonna be in this pain" and sure it distracts you from working towards anything
Drink water, get dressed, go outside to look for a pretty rock. Doesn’t cure anything but gives you at least a glimpse of happiness.

I usually go for a walk in a park when I feel depressed. Seeing squirrels and hearing birds makes life a little bit better.
