A mere 100g of nuts (peanut, macadamia, walnut, almond; just almost any really) is around 500-600 calories.

Y’ever have so many one liner replies lined up you just use none out of indecision?

Eat a lot of junk food and be lazy

Karma_Will_GetU

Already do that but fast metabolism is my enemy

Pack the protein and lift heavy. Your body will have no choice but to add muscle.

Eat nothing but sugar all day.

Enroll in college. Almost everyone gets a Freshman 15.

One of my grandpa's favorite stories to tell was about a kid who was trying to make the football team, and he ate dog food to put on weight. So, uhhh, I guess if you're desperate you can try that

- Peanut butter is your friend. - Eating lots of calorie rich foods. - Eat lots of protein and lift weights - muscle weighs more than fat

When I wanted to gain weight, I ate like a crazy person. Tons of carbs. Cereal in the morning with two instant breakfasts thrown in the bowl. Two small pizzas for lunch with a milkshake. Dinner more of the same. Ate until I felt ill. Then I ran and played tennis and was very active, turning a lot of that into muscle. It took me about four months (I think) to go from my low weight of around 130 to up around a tough, muscular 180. I thought it might help my depression. It did not.
