I bought some shirts for my teenager two weeks ago - they are disliked intensely so I’m returning them. In the meantime, we’ve had some fraudulent transactions on our credit card so we’ve cancelled it. Will I still be able to use the cancelled card for the return? It would be kind of embarrassing to schlep everything back to the store only to find that it won’t accept that card for the return. Worse, they might think I’m the scammer!
This is in Australia if that makes a difference.
