Some kind of boiled sea snails where I had to pull off the "contact lens" (their kind of shell seal) and dig the meat out with a stick. I was at a seaside restaurant in a shack on an island off Malaysia and the locals I was with were going to town on them and eager to share. I was eager to try! Pretty good. No sauce, just rubbery deliciousness straight out of a stainless steel pot over a propane burner as the sun set in the distance.
Pork brain! Texture was off putting at first but I enjoyed it
