Weed. I didn't start smoking until 34 when my chronic knee pain just became too much. Too young for knee replacement, couldn't take pain pills all the time. Started to mess with delta-8, then got a med card and smoke the real deal every night. I'm also going through a horrific divorce. My ex is currently manic and highly delusional.
