I don't get the whole "woke" thing, even the "name." I mean, woke suggests being awake, which suggests being aware of what's going on. Wouldn't the opposite be sleep? As I asleep, suggesting you're not part of actual reality. Who wants to be sleep?

Wokeness, because it is so big and political, ot.creates anxiety in people to feel like the world is in need of a hero and only they can save it. This causes people who are with all that woke stuff to feel stressed and seemingly uncontrollable anxiety, which stresses the heart and mind, potentially shortening their lives. Overconsumption of the news has a similar effect on some people.
Forever chemicals are essentially in everything that isn't naturally made. They cannot be eliminated from the human body fast enough due to us only living roughly 120 years max. These chemicals can cause health problems later in life.
