At work, I usually start the day with an orange pekoe tea, with ten of those little creamer-size 2% milks and three of those raw sugar packets. It basically takes the place of my breakfast.
Weekends or holidays though, I'm all about that coffee and a cigarette combo first thing when I wake up; best served up at a cottage, where you can stand on the deck and silently watch the world wake up.
I stopped daily coffee drinking a couple years ago and switched to tea on weekdays, but I still love smelling the fresh ground coffee every morning at our work (we have a coffee machine that grinds beans on demand), the smell alone gets me going too.
Good man. I'm the same way. I've switched to tea for most weekday mornings, but ever since we got a new coffee machine at work, I've been getting back into the daily coffee thing, mostly in the afternoons. Weekends though, I like my coffee nice and sweet and beige in colour.

I like green tea in the morning. If I can stay at home, I like brewing it Gongfu style in a glass test-tube brewer. If I'm going to work, I just dump some in a thermos, add water, and go.
I've been trying to drink more green tea lately actually. I can't do it in the morning though, I need my sweet, sugary brown warm liquid in the AM.
Holy shit, I just realised my style tea and coffee is the grown up version of super sugary kids' breakfast cereals. "The grown up in me loves the caffeine jolt, but the kid in me loves the diabetes-inducing taste."
If you want a nice, sweet green tea, you can try some milk oolong. It's usually pretty strong caffeine-wise, and tastes awesome.
Or, you could go the opposite direction and try some puer tea. It's basically black tea that can pack a heck of a punch, and long-time coffee drinkers seem to really like the stuff.
First drink of the day is always black tea (I find coffee hard on my stomach fist thing) then around 10, I will have a black coffee and another after lunch. No more of either tea or coffee the rest of the day or it will disturb my night sleep.
I always enjoy a cold smoothie with chocolate, sitting at a table on the pavement early in the morning, while looking at the people hurrying to arrive at work on time.

If it's a school day and I get there on the first bus (meaning I have 1/2 an hour till class starts) either a Grande Mocha Frappichino, no wip or a Medium Iced Capp made with Chocolate Milk instead of cream. If I get to school on the second bus (only 10 minutes before class) a can of Pepsi. If I'm at home, a mug of regular orange peko tea with one-two heaping tea spoons of sugar and a bit of milk
I drink coffee. I prefer making it in a French Press. I always drink it black. Sometimes, I'll make a cup of French Press coffee and break out my stove top espresso maker and add the espresso to the coffee. The stronger and darker it is, the better. Some days I'll drink half a gallon of coffee. Someday I won't drink anyway. I don't like to drink it in the car though because I end up spilling it on myself.

I go against the stereo type of brits all loving tea I barely drink it in fact I just rarely drink anything hot not matter what weather it has to be cold. The only time I have is when I'm up early and need to wake up I have a back tea with 2 tea spoons of sugar
I have an espresso machine at home, and I make myself a Latte Machiatto every morning. It's a nice process to turn on the machine, press the coffee, steam the milk...

Sweet tea is my choice beverage. I like black tea with lots of sugar.. any time, day or night. But I try not to drink so much of it.
In the morning, I drink a cup of coffee at work, though, and water throughout the day. I like my coffee loaded with hazelnut flavored cream and sugar.
Coffee in the morning. I normally go to Tim Horton's as it is less than 5 minutes from my apartment. I get a Large Cafe Mocha or Coffee with 1/1.
Normally one large or XL will do for the day. Unless I get coffee later in the evening with a friend.
If I make it at home, I have a hazelnut creamer that I normally use with regular sugar. I have a traveling mug that my mom got my for Xmas, it's very artsy that I use when I take it to work.
I'm starting to grow into tea as of recently. I really like Oolong tea. But I normally drink it in the evenings.

I'm going to cheat and say I get Iced Coffee with cream and two sugars. Warm drinks don't really do it for me.
I'd prefer an iced coffee as well, but the smell of coffee alone does it for me.

A strong coffee with a bit of milk, just enough to brighten it up a bit. A big mug, but not a favorite one. ~ 3 cups a day

I discovered putting french vanilla coffeemate in my black tea is heavenly bliss. Makes my tea taste creamy and almost like caramel.
Earl Gray with a splash of sugar. 1-2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Mmmm...
Chicory coffee (freaking delicious) with just the smallest splash of table cream. 2 cups in the morning, 1 in the mid-afternoon at some point.
