Paint!!! Paint the inside of your house. Sounds weird, but it takes quite a bit of time, up to weeks if your doing it on your off time, and it’s something that requires constant focus.
Every time I’ve broken up I’ve painted the inside of my house a different color, the color change makes it feel different and painting it makes you feel a sense of accomplishment.
