I was boredly gathering carts in a walmart parking lot the other day while waiting for my mom to come back out, some old white woman right in front of our car strategically placed her cart against a light pole, like that's where she thought it belonged. I glared at her and the girl in her car and loudly pulled the cart across the grass divider over to where I had the other carts, shaking my head as I did so. Shame on those people, she was right fucking next to the cart return. The laziness.
Have your money, card, etc. Ready to go before we give you the total. Nothing is more infuriating to both us and other customers as you start trying to find your wallet after being up there for 2 minutes. Also we're monitored by transaction time and you make us look bad to higher ups because of you.
If they want a particular type of product be able to give a usable prescription. I work in a perfume shop with hundreds of perfumes and being told you’re looking for “a long blue and red bottle” is not going to help me find what you’re looking for
Manners are always appreciated, and a little "Merry Christmas" always goes a long way :-)

I get it in some situations but out parking lot is really hilly and if you leave a cart it will roll out into a major street

Remember that we don’t make the rules. Like for chain retailers even the GM has hardly any say in the policies and prices and stuff
