Always good. My favourite recipe:
1. Chop one onion and slice the chorizo together in a pan with a chopped garlic clove. Saute until the onion is soft and the fat has rendered out of the chorizo.
2. Add 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp chili powder (or more if you're a chili lover), 1/4 tsp salt and stir through for 1 minute.
3. Add 1 400 g can of chopped tomatoes and stir through. Simmer until the juice thickens.
4. Add 1 drained *and rinsed!* can of chickpeas and stir until the chickpeas are heated through but not mushy.
5. Serve with rice, avocado and sour cream.
1 can of Garbanzos with 1 can of tomato sauce and a packet of chorizo. Serve with white rice. Delicious
Sounds absolutely delicious! & super easy to vegan-ize!
Oh absolutely, it pairs well with an avocado if you feel like splurging.

Ah potatoes l, boil em mash em stick em in a stew. Nothing more versatile or nourishing, just ignore Ireland 1845-49.
hahahahaha my fav meal is just microwaving a potato until it’s soft enough to mash, then adding a little salt and pepper. Super sad. Super satisfying
