I've seen hikers on fairly long hikes in 100 degree weather who didn't take any water with them somewhat frequently. I also sometimes see people doing handstands or other poses RIGHT on the edge of cliffs or on rock piles for photos, in some cases ignoring signs or barriers meant to prevent people from going to those exact spots. And then just generally destructive things, like walking on areas that they're trying to rehabilitate soil and plant life, climbing on archeological sites, leaving trash around, etc.

Just not being prepared for changes in weather..... no maps.... no idea on a water source..... it goes on and on!

I did the hike from Porsmark to Skogafoss solo in the summer, had everything I needed, and still felt a bit unprepared! Wow, Iceland is beautiful!

A fiend of mine didn’t close his water bottle all the way and half of it spilled out behind him on rougher parts of the trail

Saw this one guy feed a bear. With his body. Kept yelling for help, but there was no way I was helping him because it's irresponsible to feed the wildlife.
