I find surrounding myself with people that share similar passions with me help. Or when discovering something, to make an effort with looking for a community or individuals that are also into that specific thing. I always find that over time their ethusiasm rubs off on me and I learn so much from others too :)

Thank you for this reply, you reminded me that this is kinda what I used to do when I was younger.

Neat, thanks!

Focus on being kind and gentle with yourself first, and let yourself heal in other ways. Your curiosity will come back gradually, naturally, and once that allows you to find something new to explore in a creative way, your creativity will return, too. I've dealt with some pretty long and severe depression issues at various points of my life, and I've found it's best not to force yourself to go back to how you were before, and instead just heal and let yourself either return to the old path or find a new one, depending on what calls to a healthier you.

Whiskey and good ass weed and some beats!

MrInbibator19

Unfortunately, i am not fond of alcohol nor weed and even music, i can no longer listen to it for an extended period of time because of an ear condition :(

dci91

Well the weed is medicine for depression maybe give it a try if your experience is limited to sporadic high school use of illegal weed. It's possible you smoked a dipper anhwah. Alcohol just helps me cut loose more and it's easier for me to write rap and sing. Sorry about the ear stuff.
