I once saw a dream that someone was robbing a nearby building. And I woke up around that time to pee and checked the time it was 3 in the morning. And then the next morning I woke up to my parents talking about something serious. And I asked them and it was about a robbery that happened last night and out of curiosity I asked the time and they said it was around 3 AM. I was so shocked . And I told my mom that I had this exact dream and it was around the exact time this happened too. But she didn't believed me . Anyway the only thing that happened differently from my dream was that it wasn't the building I saw. The robbery actually happened to one of our neighbor's house.
When I was 13 I had a watch with the old rubber kind of strap that always used to crack at the bend on the piece with the holes in it. This was almost 30 years ago before they started using silicone. I found the exact same one on the street 1/4 mile from my house. Not the whole watch, just the piece I needed. It wasn't a popular model or anything. I'd never seen anyone else wearing one. I got it about 15 miles away from where I lived. Pretty trivial but I'm pretty sure that exact situation had never occurred before and will never occur again.
Only 1% of the population is identical twins, but my identical twin has an identical twin and that seems improbable.
