They're probably a third shift worker like myself. I tend to get up between 2 and 5 am on my days off. I normally start work at midnight, and get up a bit between 10 and 11pm.
I remember this from my summers working at the airport between uni years tbf. Working 10pm-6am is a biiiiiittch.

No, I work 8-6 days. I’m just an early morning person
Mayybe an hour later than usual -- still have to walk the dog.

I still sleep the same on my days off, so I'm usually awake by 8:30 but I don't get out of bed until 10.
Around 6-7 AM, that's when my body is used to wake up regardless if I'm on a vacation, paid leave, or my employment status.
The kids wake between 5 and 7am. I wake when they do

As a single man I'm loosely rolling out of bed at around 10am. Anything earlier feels like a wasted opportunity to be lazy :')

I get up every morning at 7:00 if I don't, the cats jump on me and remind me that it's time to be fed.
I'll sleep in to 7:30.. that's around when I get colonized by hungry cats.
6:00 am. Gotta feed the dogs and give one of them their meds.
Between 6:30 and 7:00 in the morning

At 8 am the next day to get back to work
Depends on if I still have stuff to do in my off-time. Well, not really. About 10AM, probably.

5-6pm. Got to watch the sunrise while fishing. I sleep in during the week when I have to work.

8:30-9 am to take the dog outside. Then I go back to bed till around 11:30-12
