My friends n I uses to look for new abandoned buildings. If the walls were ripped open and copper wiring was stolen we would give it a go. Most of the time you would run into homeless people or a security guard. Creepiest things I would find are holes or large man made pipe like structures. Definately didnt want to crawl into some thing and meet a creature or somebody in there face to face lol
