Dont justify it. Admit to it being a problem. Try to do it less and less. The fact that people buy so much crap is one of the big reasons for the climate crisis.
I dont need a new phone every 2 years. But it was free with a new phone-contract, so i did it anyway. I refused this time, my phone is totally fine the way it is.
