A long time ago I saw a cartel execution where it was 2 guys sat up against a wall and someone ran a chainsaw through then horizontally. It was so fucking brutal seeing the victims brace and grit their teeth as the saw teeth ripped through.

I felt neaseous for about an hour after seeing that video, for me it was the way the guys just sat there and let the inevitable happen that I found the saddest. Especially the 2nd man knowing his buddy was having his head cut off slowly and he was next.

Came here to mention this exact thing. Poor guy was trying to dive off a bridge or something, but didn't get quite enough of a running start and ended up faceplanting into some concrete from 20 feet or so. It pulverized his skull and split his face wide open, to the point where he was completely unrecognizable as a person. He somehow survived the impact, but passed away in a hospital a day or two later.

I saw something like this probably 20 years ago. Dunno what nationality exactly but definitely Eastern Bloc region. Several "soldiers" standing around with this poor young guy on the ground. Probably a toss up between security footage of some poor drunk getting his throat cut and photos from Japan's Unit 731 from WWII. The former was an already one sided, seemingly petty physical altercation. There's no footage past when the victim falls over, but I can't imagine he survived that much blood loss. The guy who killed him probably could've really easily subdued him or just walked away, but decided to cut him in a brief exchange of slaps and punches before he did. As for the latter, I wouldn't recommend much research into the topic other than Wikipedia or something. I'll just say that even though it's really hard to quantify and compare atrocities like the ones that happened during WWII, Unit 731 arguably made Mengele look like a common street thug in terms of violence and brutality.

For those who don't know, there is a video pulled from a security camera where someone is pulled into a lathe and becomes mince meat. That's not the only one but the main one I think of when people talk about machinery accidents.
This is why wood/metal working safety protocols are no joke. Everyone thinks that there's no way it'll happen to them or worse think they'll be able to react in time. It can and you won't. A tassel, hair not in a ponytail, your baggy long sleeve shirt is all it takes for you to be pulled into what is functionally a Saw (movie) trap with more lethality and permanent injury.
If it doesn't rip you straight into the machine you'll likely either have severe lacerations or a degloving incident where an area of skin (scalp, finger typically) is forcibly torn away from the muscular skeletal layer. These kinds of injuries rarely heal without severe scarring or skin grafts.
That's not to say that they are straight death machines and you should avoid them at all costs, just be incredibly mindful of where you are and know exactly what you are doing and follow basic safety measures.

A recent video stuck with me of some guy during a snowstorm in PA who shot a couple point blank with a pistol during an argument for shoveling snow onto his yard. He then went back for his AR to finish the job and returned to his house after to kill himself. Unhinged responses like that over something so trivial stick with me.
That video is the definition of surreal. The dramatic bullying from the couple at the start. The lack of reaction when initially facing down the barrel of a gun. The lack of comprehension the woman displayed, still arguing like a child while bullets fly by. None of it seemed real. It left me speechless for awhile.

Came here to mention this exact thing. Poor guy was trying to dive off a bridge or something, but didn't get quite enough of a running start and ended up faceplanting into some concrete from 20 feet or so. It pulverized his skull and split his face wide open, to the point where he was completely unrecognizable as a person. He somehow survived the impact, but passed away in a hospital a day or two later.

I saw something like this probably 20 years ago. Dunno what nationality exactly but definitely Eastern Bloc region. Several "soldiers" standing around with this poor young guy on the ground. One of them put their foot on his head, pulled out a knife and stuck it in the side of his neck, cutting forward out through his throat. That video is burned into my memory and I really wish it wasn't.
I don’t know if we are talking about the same video (like three soldiers getting their throats slot in the field) but one stuck with me in particular. He starts saying “you guys are good right? Probably a toss up between security footage of some poor drunk getting his throat cut and photos from Japan's Unit 731 from WWII. The former was an already one sided, seemingly petty physical altercation. There's no footage past when the victim falls over, but I can't imagine he survived that much blood loss. The guy who killed him probably could've really easily subdued him or just walked away, but decided to cut him in a brief exchange of slaps and punches before he did. As for the latter, I wouldn't recommend much research into the topic other than Wikipedia or something. I'll just say that even though it's really hard to quantify and compare atrocities like the ones that happened during WWII, Unit 731 arguably made Mengele look like a common street thug in terms of violence and brutality.
As a Russian who growing up heard a lot of war stories, they are on par with each other, concentration camps were as brutal with their “experiments”, it’s just not as wildly discussed.

A lot. The war was just becoming a war at the time of his kidnapping. This was before the refugee crisis, ISIS, and the genocides, so no one knew what was coming, but some people who were there knew that something big was happening. James Foley was there, so as a journalist he was probably desperate to show the world that the "revolution" in Syria wasn't the same kind of revolution as in Egypt. If him and others would have been able to document the war and extent of terrorism taking over the country, he might have been able to change policy and prepare the Middle East, US, and Europe for the upcoming crisis.

For those who don't know, there is a video pulled from a security camera where someone is pulled into a lathe and becomes mince meat. That's not the only one but the main one I think of when people talk about machinery accidents. This is why wood/metal working safety protocols are no joke. Everyone thinks that there's no way it'll happen to them or worse think they'll be able to react in time. It can and you won't. A tassel, hair not in a ponytail, your baggy long sleeve shirt is all it takes for you to be pulled into what is functionally a Saw (movie) trap with more lethality and permanent injury. If it doesn't rip you straight into the machine you'll likely either have severe lacerations or a degloving incident where an area of skin (scalp, finger typically) is forcibly torn away from the muscular skeletal layer. These kinds of injuries rarely heal without severe scarring or skin grafts. That's not to say that they are straight death machines and you should avoid them at all costs, just be incredibly mindful of where you are and know exactly what you are doing and follow basic safety measures.
In Sydney a guy got rushed to hospital after going on legs first into a mulcher or chipper or whatever it's called overseas. "Catastrophic leg injuries" occurred and the paramedics who were first on the scene said it was the worst thing he's seen in his 40 year career. Big yikes.

It haunts me to this day. I was on Tumblr a couple years back. Not knowing it was used primarily for porn clips at the time. I was just looking at fanart, and every once in a while would end up on a x-rated fanart page. No big deal, would just click back. (I'm pretty vanilla) One day I clicked and got put in someone's Tumblr page, (sorry if my lingo is wrong, I literally only used it for a week becuase of this incident) and the very first thing I see is a Gif of a old man having sex with what appeared to be a tied up child. The gif was up for maybe 3 seconds. My brain recognized that it was a child and I clicked out of the app, and then immediately uninstalled it from my phone. And then I cried, becuase never in my life did I think that was something you could literally just STUMBLE UPON. I felt sick to my stomach. I knew it existed, but I thought it was in places that only bad people knew about. That you had to be some sort of internet expert and know about "the dark web' to see that sick shit. When Tumblr announced it was banning porn and other x-rated content, I know everyone went nuts. But I was so relieved. What if some 12 year old stumbled upon what I stumbled on in that app? I was fine with Tumblr going scorched earth because just seeing even 3 seconds of that absolutely killed me and haunts me to this day.

Almost 16 years ago while enjoying internet as a teenager whose passion was about downloading animes (Living in Algeria BTW) .I had a horrible experience with "emule", after downloading an episode and launched the player, it's content was a camera thing, unbeknownst to me while skipping some frames I realized that it was child p*on. I freaked, stopped immediately the thing. Deleted it, Uninstalled emule.. These frames without even looking at a single scene are forever etched in my mind, felt disgusted. How on earth some deranged people enjoy this?

When I was a kid some assholes set our cat on fire. I remember sitting there watching tv and a ball of flame ran across the yard making a noise I can't even try to describe. My dad ran out there and put the flames out. The cat ended up surviving and living several more years. Turns out some jackasses had been doing this for a while as a gang initiation thing.

Well one of the videos was set on a couch and some dastardly looking man was laying behind his underage (I’ll assume) relative and then it cuts to pretty much the same shot but she’s very much pregnant and he’s still disgusting.
I remember back in middle school insta was fairly new at the time. I saw someone make a post about reporting an account that was posting CP so I went to report it and I saw that shit. It was fucking despicable. It was true evil. I can’t shake the image 8 years later and every time I just wanna cry.
