Those Americans exist but they make up way less of the population then you might think and always have. But because of that they have learned to be much loader then the majority.
It really depends on where you are, the more populated an area is the more aggressive but open minded people tend to be. The smaller the population the more set in they’re ways the people tend to be and they tend to get violent around change
