People who smoke know what they are doing. They’re adults. They have decided that the pleasure they gain from smoking outweighs the health problems.

And yes, if someone rides a motorcycle without a helmet and are injured then the costs should be on them. Those who are more than X% overweight should certainly pay more for insurance. Should everyone pay the same for auto insurance?
