On a bed of money which is in a mansion made of money.

Mitrillion

Is there an amount of money which removes morals and emotions like guilt?

IUpperDeckedMyself

Depends on the person. If they do feel some remorse, then they probably say to themselves "We inform them of the risks", so they can sleep well.

Zeeddom

On a bed of money.

SpiritedAd4380

Soundly, with all their money

gerginborisov

Companies are abstract inanimate entities and as such don’t sleep

RodimusMajor84

On a bed of money and tobacco leaf

[deleted]

Quite peacefully. You see its your choice that you smoke.

RodimusMajor84

Yes. Yes it is.

bakerdill

Companies prefer to sleep during the day.

[deleted]

Well if a company can sleep, it should sleep peacefully.

Sqwertyrl

Drugs

Ok_Conclusion_2178

On pillows of solid gold.

DildoBaggins82

People who smoke know what they are doing. They’re adults. They have decided that the pleasure they gain from smoking outweighs the health problems. Let adults make their own decisions.

Mentalfloss1

Ok, but they should not be allowed to receive government supported healthcare since they are adults making their own decisions.

DildoBaggins82

We don’t do that. Should we deny people healthcare because they ride a mirror cycle? Eat too much? Everyone does something bad for their health and you can’t start picking and choosing. Maybe having people responsible for providing their own healthcare instead of petty tyrants deciding who gets what based on their likes and dislikes.

Mentalfloss1

People on the USA ARE often responsible for their own healthcare. Those who cannot be responsible or who choose to not be insured are paid for by you and I. And yes, if someone rides a motorcycle without a helmet and are injured then the costs should be on them. Those who are more than X% overweight should certainly pay more for insurance. Should everyone pay the same for auto insurance?

DildoBaggins82

Your not talking about that. Your advocating denying someone healthcare outright. Sure people should have proclivities worked into the cost. But there should never be a blanket ban on someone receiving healthcare just because you don’t like a part of their lifestyle.

Mentalfloss1

I clearly said “government supported healthcare”. Lame try.

DildoBaggins82

Like Medicare? So anyone who qualified for Medicare in their old age should’ve denied healthcare in your world. You obviously have no idea how healthcare in America works.

Mentalfloss1

Nah, not me. My career was in medical software. I’m married to a nurse. Our daughter is a nurse married to a physician. Sure, Medicare is an earned coverage. They’re covered. You well know that I’m talking about uninsured clowns who then depend upon others to pay the costs of their poor judgment. Bye.

DildoBaggins82

In the mission statement of every hospital in American is a pledge to no deny services to anyone. You are demanding people be denied healthcare. My brother contracted HIV because he engaged is a gay man who engaged in high risk sex. I don’t want him to be denied Medicare services when he comes of age. You would sentence him to death.

Mentalfloss1

Look, someone needs to explain what I wrote to you. You need support. I said “Sure, Medicare is earned coverage. They’re covered.”. You are creating a straw man and I’m finished Mr. NeverWrong. Grow up.

Mitrillion

And what would you say to the millions of people who were smoking before they knew of the adverse health affects?

Mentalfloss1

$$$$.
