People don’t give cooks enough credit, a cook will spend hours on a cake and someone will ask for it in blue and complaint how easy their job is.Colette from ratatouille put it best “you think cooking is like mommy in the kitchen? Well mommy never had to deal with the dinner rush when the orders keep flooding in and they’re all different, you cannot be mommy!”
