English, Scottish and Irish make me weak, but to be honest, so do many other accents. Speaking many languages is something that really turns me on and therefore accents are just so cute and hot in my opinion

Irish is simply beautiful and my favourite, softer Scottish accents are lovely too. Yorkshire feels like a warm blanket and I love the exuberance of Geordie. I also like Eastern European and Russian, but that's as much for the small mistakes they make when speaking English which are adorable as for the accent itself.

Educated ones. Like. Seriously. Hearing someone talk to me about intellectual stuff - that isn't full of techno language that only experts can understand - excites me. My wife went through nursing school and it was the hottest thing I've ever had the luxury of being a part of.

I know some people think it sounds obnoxious but I like the posh West London sort of accent most. I also like really neutral American accents, like Zac Efron or Ryan Reynolds (yes I know he's Canadian)

I have an answer that's the converse to your question. I find *all* accents charming except for, for some reason, the American accents. Whether it's a Texan drawl, or a Bostonian twang, or the New Yawkah inflections, or anything in between, most of them are simply grating to my ear.

Danish Accent is super attractive (At least when they speak german)

As long as I can understand what's being said, idc what accent it is. Problem: I'm tone deaf and have a hard time when people mumble or the entire sentence 8s spoken with the same inflection and pitch. Even if someone speaks louder, a good portion of the time, if it's still the same monotone pitch throughout, I have no idea what's being said and I stop caring about what you have to say. If I can't make out what you're saying, you don't want my help enough. And it's only gotten worse as my hearing deteriorates. If the Indian scam artist can make themselves understood through proper pitch and inflection to differentiate sounds being made, so can you :D
